Under normal circumstances apartment owners will not commit themselves to apartment availability until around 14 days prior to check in date. This is because circumstances can change eg the apartment might be rented out on a long basis eg for a couple of months. We are currently negotiating with apartment owners for Euro 12 who are interested if the payment is made in full in advance in January / February.
